Mt. Charleston on Monday! The snow was a little icy in places but there was plenty of it! The weather was perfect and we all had a good time "snowing"

Even though our group was small we had a great time. I never want to go but once I'm up there I have a blast!!We missed having Grandpa there to help kids up the mountain with his rope.
Grandma wasn't there to get the hot cocoa going for us and help the snowy, wet kids get out of there snow clothes.
You were missed!!!

I am sorry I could not be there. I love snowing too. And I love a good cup of hot chocolate and some delicious chili and beans. And I miss Markie firing up the camp stove and being the chief cook. I miss the shrimp tray on the hood of the car and sitting in the lawn chair (I should say snow chair) watching the kids. I miss Timmy helping Daniel up on to the top of the snow man and Daniel falling down on to him. I miss Elara bundled up so tight she can't maneuver and Greg and Jack watching videos in Andy's car.
It has been much, much to long since I have been on a snowin trip.

Thanks Joey! Scott has a matching pair! I wore them last night when I was spraying my house down with a hose trying to disturb the pigeon who has started to perch(and poop) outside one of our windows.

I really like having the caption on top of the pictures! It helped me know what was coming! Last year I had so much fun making/improving the snowman with Alex, Asher, Tim and Danny. Life moves on a bit.
