Back by popular(?) demand - the conclusion of our travel journal. We woke up early, ate a quick breakfast at McDonalds (I had the McSkillet Burrito), and visited the visitor center at Lake Powell. We then traveled along the Arizona Strip to Pipe Springs National Monument, the unsung pit stop of our trip. About two hours from Las Vegas, it was once a tithing ranch owned by the church. We took a tour of the Winsor Castle, named after the first caretaker at the ranch. We then drove to Zion. The boys completed the junior ranger program, and then we headed home.
In total, we visited four states, ate multiple turkey sandwiches and hot dogs, drove more than 1,800 miles, and had a wonderful time. The boys had a ball and I survived another trip.

Did you have any ketchup on that McSkillet burrito or maybe salsa?
