Parade of Habitats

Steve and I went out Saturday afternoon to the show 'Parade of Habitats', which is the counterpart to the more famous of the home shows in Las Vegas.

First stop was habitat #1 on the route.
This home envelops you in warmth and comfort through its unpretentiousness. The breathtaking beauty fills the senses and feeds your soul. It is no wonder that this house has been deemed 'The Blue Bottle Cottage'. 2 bedroom/1 bath 1,100 square feet Priceless. Habitat #2
We invite you to explore 'Villa de Sanctuary'. The integrity of design in this impressive 620 sq. ft. home beckons you to enjoy the spacious warmth of the interior which takes you away to the sensational views of the exterior landscaping.

Habitat #3

The 'Crown Jewel', an exceptional offering over 10 sq. ft. of unparalleled living with exclusive aesthetics of over 1/100 of an acre of cement landscaping. One can't possibly imagine all this spectacular home has to offer. This home has been selected as Parade of Habitats 2008 Distinguished Home. And, at the asking price of $18.37 it is a steal.
There were many more homes that we toured, but these were the best!! Had to share them with you all. Can't wait til next year.

I want habitat #4. Just need to throw some tangelo orange paint from House of Kolor and some 20" inch rims on there. kinda teardropish. I think I would like the crowd from parade of habitats better. Someone stole a plate of 30 or so cookies it was one of the 4 groups of old ladies who had been there that early. So I go into the fridge for the rest of the tube of cookie dough and it was stolen along with the spoon. Hah! Can you believe that?

I meant #3, although #2 has a nice truck. Again it needs some lime green paint. The front end lowered and of course some rims. That would really set that house off right.

You gotta watch those little old ladies. They are soooo bad!!

They probably stuck it into their knee high support hose.

too funny! Those habitats don't look like they have any dangerous staircases so I'd be OK with visiting those ones!

Apparently to get a chocolate chip cookie we will have to find the 'little old ladies' home where the cookies are. Let's drive around town sniffing.

I'm telling ya! I went around and checked to see if they had stolen any wash cloths or candles.
